Born in Moving

While always a technology leader in the moving industry, in 2020, Ace Relocation Systems started their next phase of digital transformation. Making massive investments in in-house expertise, including software engineering, data engineering, and systems architecture, Ace took every system used and begun modernization. 

These lessons proved to be incredibly valuable, and recognizing the need to share this knowledge and some of the solutions that Ace built, Relosys was form.  Founded in 2024 by some of the Ace executive staff, our mission is to build products and offer consultative services to other moving companies that understand the need to drive their own organizations forward. We understand what it means to navigate the complexity in the moving industry, and are here to help you do the same.

Jeff Layton – Co-Founder

Jeff has held technology leadership positions in major companies throughout his career, such as Verizon, Lytx, Nuvasive, and Bridgepoint Education. This experience gave Jeff a unique perspective when joining the moving industry, helping to drive innovation and industry transformation.

As Chief Information Officer at Ace Relocation Systems since April 2020, Jeff has driven technological innovation and operational excellence, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. At Relosys, he leads all aspects of our product technology and strategy.

Jeff holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Arizona, and a Masters of Business Administration from Ashford University.

Laura Marion

Co-Founder

As Chief Financial Officer at Relosys, Inc., Laura Marion has driven financial strategy and operational excellence. Additionally, she serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. and ARCA International, Inc., overseeing domestic and international relocation services.

Laura began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, moving on to hold key accounting and finance roles at Global Fortune 500 organizations in the automotive industry. Before her current positions, she was CFO at Search Optics, Wildcat Discovery Technologies, Aptera Motors, and Specialty Vehicle Acquisition Corporation.

She has served on the board of several private companies and nonprofits and is currently a director at San Diego Coastkeeper. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Dan Lammers

As co-owner of Ace Relocation Systems for the past 30 years, Dan has led the Ace’s national operations with a focus on operational excellence and technological innovation. Under his leadership, the company has seen significant advancements in efficiency and customer satisfaction, driven by his commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology in logistics.

His technology-focused approach has been a key driver in modernizing logistics solutions and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes throughout the moving industry. Dan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Relosy, helping drive our solutions to meet the needs of the industry. 

Dan holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University.

Larry Lammers

As co-owner of Ace Relocation Systems for over 30 years, Larry has spearheaded the company’s growth and technological advancement. His leadership has expanded the Ace organization to 10 branches nationwide, making them a leader in the moving industry. He also serves on the boards of Atlas World Group, Inc. and Atlas Van Lines (Canada) Ltd., contributing to broader industry innovations.

Larry’s focus on implementing cutting-edge technology helped modernized Ace’s technology ecosystem, which set the stage for industry modernization as a whole.  Larry acts as special adviser to Relosys, providing deep industry knowledge and process expertise to our business to ensure it aligns with industry needs.

Larry holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University.
